Issue: Water is condensing on the fridge outer glass doors and running down to the floor creating puddles.
Condensation is caused when water vapour collects on colder surfaces. This creates a misty appearance, which can turn into a covering of larger water droplets in more severe cases. As these water droplets become heavier, they run down the surface and you may notice small puddles on the floor at certain times of the year as a result.
Response: This is a common issue during warm times of the year. Thermoline doesn't have heated doors as standard - they are an option only. Normally the warmer areas and tropics experience this issue due to the high humidity.
Note: Heated doors aren’t an easy aftermarket option to fit. If not added when the product is purchased, the only option would be to look at dehumidification of the area.
